I specialize in helping my clients build resiliency in life by healing their relationships with themselves and others. Life is full of obstacles and stressors, and we overcome them by building personal resources, and learning to lean on others in a healthy way.
I believe that our individual struggles in adulthood are rooted in painful or difficult childhood experiences that we lacked proper tools to process and effectively deal with. Part of my job is to help you gain clarity about how your early experiences impacted how you respond to challenges, and to help you develop the emotional and problem-solving tools that will help you handle life with confidence.
